Autumn at Jozankei

Jozankei is a popular onsen town located one hour away from Sapporo. It's also another popular autumn viewing destination for many locals. The best time to visit for autumn viewing is mid October. There are few autumn viewing spots in Jozankei where I will share in this blog post.

How to go Jozaneki

There are two buses running from Sapporo city. Bus number 7 and 8 running from Sapporo bus terminal. I took the number 7 bus from Susukino station which cost around 790yen one way. Takes about 75mints to reach Jozankei city. To return back to Sapporo city I took Jozankei onsen direct bus line Kappa liner which takes about 60 minutes to reach the city. This bus ride costs 950yen and has to be paid by cash when getting off.
